Program Details & Description

HIIT/Bootcamp-style classes, ideal if you’re looking to get a great sweat but not necessarily spend a lot of time “lifting weights.” 60- or 90-minute workouts with a mix of high-intensity training, functional fitness, resistance, circuit training and long-duration cardio.
