Tiffany grew up an athlete – playing Softball competitively at Rosemount High School and St. Cloud State University. She joined CrossFit Templar in 2016 as a way to stay fit and feed her competitive spirit. Tiffany was hooked immediately! She would tell you that the CrossFit Open season and the Murph Memorial Workout are better than Christmas

Tiffany started coaching at CrossFit Templar in 2022, and together with Coaches Justin and Sara, purchased Templar in 2024. Coaching and encouraging others to reach their goals, and even push past them, is where Tiffany shines. Her energy and spirit can give you that extra oomph to get through even the toughest workout.

When she's not at Templar, Tiffany is a full-time Math teacher at Rosemount Middle School. She is also the head coach of Rosemount Varsity Girls Softball team and has led the team to State Championships in 2021 and 2023.
