Round 1:

1 minute wall sit

1 minute ME chest to deck push ups

1 minute wall sit

1 minute ME sit ups

1 minute wall sit

1 minute ME static hang from the bar

1 minute rest

Round 2:

1 minute plank

1 minute ME alternating lunges

1 minute plank

1 minute ME sit ups. with med ball(20/14)

1 minute plank

1 minute ME jumping air squats to a med ball

3 minute rest then outside for

Death By 10 Meters

In order to RX workout the wall sits and planks must be unbroken for the entire minute and one movement of each ME done in the round.

Score as follows: for the rounds total number of reps

Death by Ten meters is last minute completed. But, 1-8 minutes x1, 9-13 minutes x2, 14 and above x3.

So if you do 8 minutes your score is 8 reps, 11 minutes then your score is 22 reps or 15 is 45 reps.
