This Sunday’s WOD will be “Lynne” (times to be announced) and the WOD for Monday will be the CrossFit Football Total. As you can see, both WODs have Bench Presses, so plan accordingly if you’re doing the CF Football Total for the Paleo Challenge.
Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press

* Perform a single max effort for the lifts listed above.
*After warm-ups, 3 attempts are allowed
*Total must be done is the listed order
*Combine the heaviest successful lift or each exercise to create CF Football total
