20 Rep Back Squat (20)
Athletes will have 15min to establish 20 Rep back squat, if athletes were able to successfully do last weeks, then add weight, if not then try again.

*Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 Rounds/4 minutes. Score is your lowest of 8 intervals of reps. Athletes score will be all 4 Tabata score added together.
