Athletes will have 15min to establish 20 Rep back squat, if athletes were able to successfully do last weeks, then add 5-10#, if not then try again at the same weight.

10 Squat Snatches(75/55)

100m run or 200m row

Run counts as 1 rep, hollow hold counts as 1 rep. If athlete breaks hollow hold, no RX.
