Back Squat (5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1)

Build to a heavy set of 5 reps then complete 5 reps, 4 reps, 3 reps, 2 reps and a set of Max Effort reps.

After each set of Back Squats complete 10 Good Mornings.
