Bench Press does not have to be unbroken and athlete can change weight at anytime. Athlete must complete all 8 Bench Presses, at least 1 Burpee Parallette Jump and 1 Calorie on the rower EACH ROUND to RX.

Score is total weight moved in Bench Press, total number of Burpees x 5 and total calories rowed added together.
