Build to a heavy set of 3 reps and complete 5 sets of 3 reps at the heavy weight.
Lift Day 11 of 15, before ORM. ORM time frame will be July 28th-August 4th.

6 Hang Cleans (95/65)
RX+ 6 Alt Pistols and (115/75)
Athletes need to decide where they are at it their pistol progression. May be more beneficial to scale pistols than do bulgarian lunges.
Each round should take 1-2 minutes.
