RX+ 6 HSPU and 10 Box Jumps

Athletes choose weight. Score is total weight moved. Must complete at least one lift a round for RX.

Hang Cleans and Squat Cleans can be performed at different weights.

Ex. Karen completes 12 squat cleans @ 100# and 24 Hang Cleans @ 50# her score is 2400#
