Minute 1: ME Air Squats
All athletes will start with ME Air Squats. After minute 1, athlete may chose which ever station to start with. Must stay with the same rotation for the entire time.
Minute 2: Sandbag cleans x10. (100/70)
Minute 3: Pull ups x10
Minute 4: Assault Bike calories (13/10)
Minute 5: Rest
All athletes will rest at the same time.
Score is total Air Squats performed. In order to Rx the workout, athlete must complete all movements within the minute time domain.
