Minute 2: 6 Pull-ups

Minute 3: 6 Power Cleans (# athletes choice)

Minute 4: Rest

Masters (14/10 @ 9ft)

RX+ (30/20), 10 Pull-ups

*Athletes score will be per round. For example if Larry power cleans 75# in round one, his score will be 75 for round one. Athletes may switch weight between rounds but not during rounds. All 6 lifts within the round need to be the same weight.
