200 Overhead Lunges (Hold something overhead, plate, KB, DB, Soccer Ball, Pillow-note weight/object in comments)

EMOM 5 Chest to Deck Push-ups (starting at 0 minute)

Example….3, 2, 1 go Ed does 5 push-ups then lunges as many times as possible until the 1 minute mark, when he again does 5 push-ups. Ed’s wod is complete when he has done 200 lunges.

*Want to amp up the WOD (RX+) 7 Push-ups EMOM
