We have set up three classes for our G.G. Competitors.  The classes will be held 7/8-7/10 at 7 pm.  Sign up on MindBody.  The priority is for our 4 person teams to do their 4 qualifiers WODs (submission deadline is 7/13), but all G.G. Competitors are welcome to come in and work on skills.  More class times will be set up–stand by.  If you are one of our team competitors and can’t make these times to videotape your WODs, you are more than welcome to do them during a regularly scheduled class.
