Build to a heavy set of 5 reps, then complete 3 sets of 5 reps at the heavy weight.

This day 1 of an 18 day cycle that will include Bench Press, Front Squat and Power Cleans.

*Run 200M or Row 250M on minute 3, 6, 9, 12

Athlete will have approximately 2 min to work between runs. Goal is to keep moving throughout the 14 min.
