Summer Training for Tweens & Teens (ages 8-17)
MURPH INFO: With Murph coming up this memorial day we wanted to pass along a few details to all athletes who plan on particpating. There will be 3 time slots setup for people to participate in,8AM, 9AM, or 10AM. Please be sure to register for a timethrough the standard Wodify calendar. Note that the heats will be starting at those time, if you would like to warm up prior to the event please plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early.
