Rope Climbs and Farmer Carries:
Partner Wod:
Partner 1 starts at the rope. Partner 2 starts with Farmer’s Carry.
Team must complete 10 rope climbs and can switch at any time. In order to switch, partner who is climbing rope must run out to partner 2 and tag off. Once 10th rope climb is completed, partner 1 must run out to partner 2. The team runs into gym and touches rope to stop clock.
Score is total time taken minus 5 seconds for every 50 feet of a farmer’s carry done.
RX: 10 rope climbs 2pd/1.5 pd carry
RX+ 15 rope climbs 2pd/1.5 pd carry

5 minute: Max Effort bike for calories. Partners switch at any time.
2 minute rest/switch equipment
5 minute Max Effort row for calories. Partners switch at any time.
RX: Partner stands while other rides or rows.
RX+: Partner holds a sandbag while other rides or rows. (100/70)
