1 Power Clean
2 Hang Cleans
3 Front Squats
10 Burpees
Weight is athletes choice. It can be changed prior to any 3 minute set. Score is the weight used in each 3 minute set. Athlete must complete all programmed reps in order to RX.
Score is weight per round (example, if you lifted 200# in Rd 1, your score is 200# for that round. Add all rounds together)
