How will these classes differ from the regular CrossFit classes?

First of all, you will be in a class made up of people 55 and older.  Classes will be structured the same as all CF classes but with a greater emphasis on stretching, mobility and nutrition.

I’m not quite 55, can I still sign up?

Yes, if you think this is where you belong, we’d love to have you join in.

The classes are only 8 weeks.  Will I be able to do regular CrossFit classes when I’m done?

Yes!  CrossFit can be personalized to your needs, your goals, and your fitness level.

I haven’t exercised in years!  Will I be able to do this?
