Lift 3 rounds of this set:
1 Deadlift (athletes choice)
Athlete may change the weight between rounds but not sets (a set equals 1 deadlift, 1 clean, 1 jerk). Sets should be unbroken, rounds do not need to be. For each round athlete adds weight used for score.
For example is Sally completes 4 rounds in AMRAP of lifts that is 12 sets, if Sally lifted 100# the entire time her score would be 1200.
