You Just Made a Yummy Sound (Weight)

30 minutes for total weight lifted:

Athlete chooses deadlift weight. May change weight at anytime.

Only 1 cardio done each round: run, row or bike.

800 m run/1000 m row/ 2000 m bike, then 1 to 10 deadlifts

800 m run/1000 m row/ 2000 m bike, then 1 to 10 deadlifts

800 m run/1000 m row/ 2000 m bike, then 1 to 10 deadlifts

800 m run/1000 m row/ 2000 m bike, then 1 to 10 deadlifts

In order to RX the wod, athlete must complete all 4 rounds of cardio in the 30 minutes.
