“Crossfit Total”

Back Squat

Shoulder Press

DeadLift

After warmups you get 3 attempts for each of the lifts,  your total is the sum of your completed 1 rep max of each lift.

 

The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the back squat, the shoulder press and the deadlift.
