ALL LIFTS MUST BE TAP & GO (including the transition from deadlifts to power cleans). Athlete may choose their weight and change at any point during the WOD.

Athletes will post three scores, total weight moved, total max effort reps acquired and weight and reps added together for their final WOD score.
