“Monkey Grip”

Complete as many reps in 20 minutes of:
Max Effort OHS (95/65)
300M Run
Max Effort Knees to Elbows
300M Run
Max Effort Front Squats (95/65)
300M Run
Max Effort Knees to Elbows
300M Run

REPEAT

For lifts (OHS and Front Squat) when the bar touches the ground the athlete begins the 300M Run. For Knees to Elbows when the athlete drops off the bar they begin their 300M Run. Score is total number of reps completed in 20 minutes.
