“CF Open 13.1”

17 minute AMRAP of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs
30 Burpees
30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs
20 Burpees
30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs
10 burpees
Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs

(If you are not competing, there is no need to set an overhead target for your burpees.  You can if you want, but the priority goes to competitors.)

Several of you crazies inquired about an alternate WOD today if you plan on doing the Open WOD on Saturday (God bless you).  Here are your options:

1)  Do a dry run of 13.1.

2)  Go to Blacksite.

3)  5000 m Row for time.

4)  Take a frickin’ day off.

Remember Saturday at 1 pm will be the big competition.  You can also do it on Friday (see yesterday’s blog for specific instructions).
