Twisted Tabata

4 minutes Tabata of each:

Air Squat
KB swings (1.5/1)
Wall Balls (20/14)
Sit-ups

Twisted RX standards:

-Air squat rest will be in squat position
-KB cannot touch ground including rest time
-Wall ball cannot touch ground including rest time
-Sit up rest time will be 10 sec plank
*modify as needed
