10 Wall Balls (20/14)
200m Run w/ball
(10 Burpee penalty for setting ball down at any point during the 20 min. You may not rest with the ball against the wall. All other ingenious techniques for resting with the ball will also incur a 10 Burpee penalty. Stand there and hold it or rest it on your head.)
