**The CrossFit Open 13.1 WOD was announced a few hours ago. We will be doing the WOD as a whole gym on Friday. If you are not competing, we’ll run through our normal warm up and you’ll complete the WOD just like it was a normal day–no big deal. If you are competing, you may officially complete the WOD with any of the scheduled Friday classes under four conditions: 1) You provide a competent judge to count your reps (the coach on duty cannot count for you). 2) You do not interfere with the natural flow of the class. 3) You set up your own equipment. 4) Record your scores on the scorecards provided and leave it on the desk–the coach on duty will ensure that Ray Charles didn’t judge your WOD. ON SATURDAY at 1300 HOURS, we’ll have a full-blown competitor’s WOD, reserve your spot on MindBody. We’ve blocked off 2 hours to have a fun competition. Feel free to bring family and friends to watch and cheer you on. If none of these arrangements work for our competitors, please contact one of our coaches and feel free to make alternate arrangements. Their emails are on the “Trainers” page.
