Partner Wod:

8 min amrap:
200 meter run
12 thrusters 95/65
12 pull ups
Partner 1 runs 200 meters while partner 2 completes the thrusters and pull ups.  Partner 1 cannot begin thrusters and pull-ups until partner 1 completes the run and vice versa.

2 min rest

6 min amrap:
25 Back squats 95/65
50 double unders
Each partner completes each movement in its entirety.  Partners go back and forth for the 6 mins.

2 min rest

4 min amrap:
Burpee box jumps 24/20
Partners do as many burpee box jumps as possible in the final 4 minutes
