Partner 1 runs 200 meters while partner 2 completes the thrusters and pull ups. Partner 1 cannot begin thrusters and pull-ups until partner 1 completes the run and vice versa.

Each partner completes each movement in its entirety. Partners go back and forth for the 6 mins.
