Minute 1: 8 Back Squats (#athletes choice)
Minute 2: 30 Double-unders
Minute 3: Plank Hold *
Minute 4: Rest

Score is total weight squatted. *If a plank is broken athlete must execute 5 Burpees immediately. In order to RX the WOD no plank can be broken. Athletes may use racks for back squats.
