6 Min M.E of Row for Calories

4 Min M.E of Situps

2 Min M.E. of D/Us

The front squats will be taken from the rack.  If the athlete fails on the lift and dumps the weight, they are responsible for getting the weight back into the rack which means you may have to unload bar and re-load.  Score each exercise separately.
