Even minute execute 10 Burpees
Odd minute execute 3 Squat Cleans
Weight is athletes choice, score is total number of pounds lifted. For example if Johnny does 100# squat cleans, each round his total would be 300#s, after 10 rounds he will have lifted 3000#s, which would be his score.
