20 minutes to lift as many pounds as possible:
15 Buddy Burpees (Like Barbell Burpees, but with a Buddy)
60 Double Unders
4 x Buddy Deadlifts
Burpees and D/Us may be broken up as the buddy team sees fit–one person rests while the other person works. For the Wheelbarrows, athlete must hold their partner at the feet. For the Buddy Deadlifts, both athletes will simultaneously lift one bar. Change weight as needed. (Score will be total weight lifted + 876 points for every round completed.) Please shower and wear clean clothing for your buddy’s sake.
