“Nails for breakfast, tacks for snacks”
In teams of two, athletes will complete the following:
Wall balls: 5-10-15-20-25 (20#/14#)
Deadlifts: 1-2-3-4-5 (275#/185#)
KB Swings: 5-10-15-20-25 (2pd/1.5pd)
Deadlifts: 1-2-3-4-5 (275#/185#)
Parallette Jumps: 5-10-15-20-25
One athlete is working while the other is resting.  Each athlete must complete 5 reps before moving on to 10 reps, then 15 and so on.  This also applies to the deadlift reps.  Athletes must tag hands EACH time they switch out.   If you are paired with the opposite sex, you will need to have two sets of equipment set up.
