Athlete will execute max effort HSPU, once kicked down from the wall athlete must complete deadlifts and sit-ups prior to kicking back up on the wall. C2B AMRAP will be the same format, once an athlete drops from the bar they must move on.

Athlete will have 2 scores, total number of HSPU and C2B reps AND total number of reps completed of all movements.
