During lifts athlete needs to complete 15 Reps, it is their choice how many of each, Cleans and Front Squats, they do. Only rule is they need to complete at least 1 of each lift. For example in round one Sam could do 4 Cleans and 11 Front Squats, in round two Sam could do 13 Cleans and 2 Front Squats.
