(Score is the average of your heaviest and lightest set.  The three reps must be unbroken.  You are allowed one failed set.  Adjust weight as needed.)

THEN

Complete as many reps in 10 minutes of:

10 Power Snatches (75/53)

10 H/R Push Ups

(Add your Thruster average and Reps for total score.)
