CrossFit Templar Bootcamp
Have your friends or spouse expressed interest in CrossFit but find the technical movements and heavy lifting intimidating? If so, then tell them about CrossFit Bootcamp!
CrossFit Templar trainer Teri Lynn Chesek will be coaching a six week Bootcamp class aimed at helping you get more fit than you ever imagined.
Each sixty minute session will offer a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning. The workouts will be fast paced and highly intense, without the technical movements. You will improve your endurance, strength, stamina and speed.

Crossfit Templar will be hosting a Fourth of July WOD
July 4th schedule:
4pm Gym Opens
4:30pm WOD/Obstacle briefing
4:45ish-6:00pm WOD starts this will be a much more laid back, having fun without feeling like you got run over type of workout. Perhaps we will throw in some-can you do this trick type stuff.
6:00pm Pig Roast, bring a dish to share, beverages and a chair/blanket to watch the fireworks!
8 pm til 10:00 pm-hang out, eat, drink and be merry! Remember to bring a change of clothes if you want to be looking good!
10:00- watch the Apple Valley fireworks from the comfort of our box.
After fireworks the party continues!!
What to bring:
Your family, drinks and a dish to share.
Chairs and tables are a welcome addition as the wooden boxes are limited. Coolers of ice, anything you can think of that might make it a more festive occasion.
Remember to register on MindBody for the WOD if you are planning on partaking. Otherwise, show up, and have fun. All are welcome!!
