1 wall climb

20 lunges, alternating legs, with plate above head(45/25)

200m run

2 wall climbs

30 lunges w/ plate(45/25)

300m run

3 wall climbs

40 lunges w/ plate(45/25)

400m run

*Reminder: There is no Yoga this week. They will be regular WOD/classes.
