AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
3 Power cleans(155/105)
3 Front squats(155/105)
3 Shoulder to overhead(155/105)
30 second Electric Chair hold*
(If you break the hold execute 10 Burpees then continue to the Power Cleans.)
*To perform an Electric Chair hold the athlete will squat with back against the wall maintaining shins perpendicular to the ground and thighs parallel to ground. The arms are held straight out in front of body. A very small deviation in position is allowed– coaches will be the judge.
