Sunday’s WOD will be a 20 minute AMRAP. We’ll have 4 class times at 0930, 1000, 1030 and 1100. The gym will open at 0900, warm up will be on your own, so plan accordingly. Sign up on MindBody.

1 minute 5 Thrusters (95/65), Max Effort KB Swings (2p/1.5p)
1 minute 20 Double Unders, Max Effort Power Cleans (95/65)
EMOM athlete will have to complete the 5 Thrusters or 20 Double Unders and then complete as many KB Swings or Power Cleans, respectively, in the remaining time. Score will be total KB Swings and Power Cleans completed.
