**FOOD ALERT**
On Wednesday December 3rd, Origin Meals will be coming to CrossFit Templar to let us sample some of their “hand-crafted, paleo-friendly” meals. For those of you that don’t know, Origin Meals is a MN based company that makes and delivers homemade meals. It’s a pretty simple and wonderful concept – you choose a plan, they deliver to our location, you pick up, then heat and consume. Crossfire Templar is looking to be one of their delivery sites.
Come join us from 4:30-6:15pm on Wednesday to taste some of their delicious creations.

0-1 minute 2 Pull-ups
1-2 minute 4 Pull-ups
…..If athlete fails to complete the correct number of reps, athlete will attempt to maintain the reps of the last successful round for the remaining time.
12 minute AMRAP
2 Hang Power Snatches
3 Overhead Squats
4 Strict Toes to Bar
Weight is athlete’s choice. Lifts must go unbroken or athlete will need to complete 5 Burpees when the bar touches the ground.
Score: dead hang pull-up reps ended on + barbell weight used + number of reps completed
Example: Sally finished her set of 10 dead hang pull-ups, she had a 50# barbell for the WOD and completed 110 reps in the WOD.
