Back Squats 6×3 @ 90% of 1RM

Then for reps

1 minute max effort of the following movements

Toes-to-bar

Hang power clean(135/95)

Barbell Burpees

Pullups

Deadlifts(135/95)

Hand release pushups

Air squats

Box step ups(1.5p/1p)

With a continuous running clock, the athlete will perform the listed exercises in order for one minute.  Add total reps for score.  The Box Step Ups standards are the same as the Box Jump.  There must be a slight pause with hips open at the top of the box–no jumping, however.  The athlete may hold the kettlebell as they see fit.
