Minute 1: 3 Squat Snatch (Weight Athletes Choice)
Minute 2: 2 Rope Climbs
Minute 3: Max Effort Box Jump Burpees (24/20)
Minute 4: Rest
Athletes will have 3 scores: total weight moved, box jump burpee reps and the two scores combined.
