150 Wallball Shots (20/14 to 10′)
As a buddy team you’ll complete the two workouts in order. While one buddy is working the other buddy is resting. For “Angie” all reps for each movement must be completed before moving to the next movement–THERE IS NO PARTITIONING REPS AS NEEDED.
