“The Vache Grasse”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Burpees

10 Parallette Jumps

20 Flutter Kicks (Two-Count)

1 Snatch (Squat or Split)

Athlete will be awarded 35 points for every round complete and 1 point for every pound snatched.  20 points bonus for every Snatch over 2/3 body weight.  Adjust weight as needed.
