“Crunch the Bug”
Thrusters (115#/75#)
On the minute add 2 reps to Thursters. So in the first minute do 2 reps, second minute 4 reps and so on, until you are no longer able to complete the prescribed number of reps for that given minute.
One Minute Rest (ie. if you fail in the 5th minute you will rest to the start of the 7th minute)
Pull-Ups
On the minute add 2 reps to Pull-Ups. So in the first minute of Pull-Ups do 2 reps, second minute 4 reps and so on, until you are not longer able to complete the prescribed number of reps for that given minute.
Score is total minutes where you successfully completed all required reps.
