Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Weighted Deck Squats (1.5p/1p)
10 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

Remember the finish for the deck squat is the standing position with the hips open and the chest up.
