Every 90 seconds for 6 sets perform 2 Front Squats @ 90% of 1 rep max.  (Racks are permitted).
THEN
Completes as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Pull Ups
5 HSPU
10 KB Swings (2p/1.5p)
