Front Squats 1×6 (Lifts should be at least 90% of 1RM)
EMOM for 10 minutes, execute 1 Clean and 1 Hang Clean.*
The first Clean can be a Power or Squat Clean, the second Clean must be from the hang position. If the athlete misses a lift they may make attempts until time runs out. If a Hang Clean is missed, it must be cleaned and then brought to the hang position in order to attempt again.
Score is total weight lifted(Clean + Hang Clean) for all 10 sets.
